Our LocalGlobal Team exists to help us learn a lifestyle investment in what God is already doing in the world. They meet monthly to pray together and develop ways in which we can all practice being the hands and feet of Jesus. Our hope is that every member of our community would discover something about their unique calling to fulfill the work of the Kingdom here on earth. You can always reach out to the LocalGlobal team for more information by clicking here.
We have two official partnerships:
Orlando Children's Church provides a safe place for underserved youth in the Greater Orlando area to come receive a meal, a time to play, and a chance to learn about Jesus. They’re fulfilling this mission by consistently gathering every Saturday morning at Anchor Church (1950 Mohican Trail, Maitland, FL 32751).
Our community has committed to partner with them once a month to set up games and activities, play with the kids, teach them a bible lesson, and send them home a little better than we found them. We volunteer on the fourth Saturday each month from 8:30-11:30am.
If you would like to serve at OCC, you must fill out the background check form below:
If you would like more information on our partnership with OCC, or you’d like to commit to a serving day, sign up below and a member of our team will reach out.
We partner with two ministries in Lima, Peru.
La Viña is a grace-filled church that joins together as family throughout the week to invite their neighbors into loving community through outreach and spiritual practice. They fulfill this mission by hosting a weekly youth/adolescent gathering, children's outreach in different neighborhoods, a variety of small groups throughout the week, times of prayer, and a communal service on Sunday.
Casas de Jesus is a newer ministry spearheaded by Guillermo and Lissette Sifuentes. It is collection of house churches throughout the city of Pachacutec that forms familial connections by dining together and participating in bible study. This ministry has helped their community learn the truth about Jesus and find hope in the midst of struggle.
City Beautiful Church supports our global partners by sending teams each year to support their mission, praying consistently for our family in Lima, and monthly financial support.
In addition to our partnerships, we like to advocate for organizations that are doing meaningful work in our city and beyond. Below you will find a list of non-profits, what they do, and how you can get involved.

Summary: CarePortal is a tech platform that seeks to tend to the practical needs of our neighbors, with a focus on keeping kids out of foster care by providing for urgent practical care needs within their home. On-the-ground caseworkers discover needs within the families—such as beds, baby formula and diaper—and submit a request, then churches, individuals, and groups of community members respond to the request through the website and help fulfill that need!
How we can pray:
Pray for the children and families who are facing the possibility of being separated and for those who are already in foster care - for their comfort and healing from the trauma they experienced and for practical provision of their needs.
Get involved:
Sign up to meet a need through CarePortal. Sometimes this will involve hands-on projects like home repairs for a community member in need, but more often it is through buying needed items for children and families or by giving financially.
Give:
Give directly to a family’s specific need through the CarePortal map.
